The Homeowner's Association board consists of 5 directors, each with staggered, 3 year terms, ensuring that there is continuity of knowledge and operations.  Directors may also hold a named office in the Association, however, the by-laws do state that at least the President, Vice-president, and Secretary be current Directors.  The Board may, at its discretion, add additional officer positions to support the operating plans of the Association.
